The last Russian Tsar, Nicholas II, ruled from 1894 until his abdication in 1917, just over a year before his execution. Reverse shows the crowned, double-headed eagle of the Imperial coat of arms with crown above holding orb and sceptre. Text reads: '10 РУБЛЕЙ 1899
