                                                     4:30pm (Lots 1,500 - 2,100) Collectables, Antique & Modern Furniture, Paintings, Mirrors, Rugs, Porcelain, etc.

Parcel Cost; e15 Ireland, e25 UK, e35 Europe & e45 Rest of World.
Each Parcel Can Contain as Many Lots Purchased (up to 2ft Square x 10 Kilos Weight). Expect Delivery 4 to 7 Working Days After Auction Date.
 
Although the Auction will be Called Out in Real Time, as Normal, this will be a ‘Closed Auction’. Bidding to be Conducted in 5 ways;

1. Please register on our Website to either; Bid Live, Leave Absentee Bids, Leave an Auto bid or to arrange a Telephone Bid.
To avail of these bidding methods please register online for your bidding number. This is a quick & easy process, you’ll be registered for the auction in moments. Please Note: If you are an existing Customer, you'll just need to Create a new password to access your account, and then take Advantage of our New Bidding Features. If required, simply click on the 'forgotten password' link on the Login Page and follow the Instructions to obtain a new one. 

2. E-mail the Auctioneer directly with your Absentee Bids. Email them to to [email protected] No Later than 30 Minutes before the Auction Commences.

3. Arrange a Telephone Bid with the Auctioneers.                                                                                                                                                                          Please click on the Telephone Bid Request Button, located beside the online catalogue description for each lot. Once received via this Link, we will then telephone you just before your Lot comes under the hammer. Or, if preferable, please telephone the auctioneers directly at 046 9240568 to arrange this phone bidding facility. This method of bidding will allow you to listen in as your preferred Lot is being offered and to participate in the auction in real time. If telephoning the auctioneer directly please do so no later than 30 Minutes before the auction commences.

4. Bidding Live in Real Time is also available via Easyliveauction - https://www.easyliveauction.com/auctioneers/matthewsauctionrooms/

5. Fill out an Absentee Bid Form in the Auction Room while viewing the auction in person (Public Viewing Days/Limes Listed Above). These Bids will then be Entered into the Clerk's Sheets for the auction, and we will bid on your behalf - up to your maximum written bid amount, if needs be. We will try to gain the lot for you as fairly as possible, subject to other competing bid Amounts.

Re Jewellery Lots. Please Note that Jewellery Boxes Shown are for Demonstration Purposes Only, Unless Otherwise Stated. If you Wish to Have a Presentation Jewellery Box with any Lot successfully bid on please Inform the Auctioneers and we will do our Best to Include one with the Lot.

All Lots Purchased Can be Collected from the Auction Room by Appointment, Please Ring the Auctioneers at 046 9240568 Before Calling in and We will Have Your Purchases Ready and Waiting for You.

Parcels That we Send on your Behalf are Insured up to €200 Only, Please Arrange Own Insurance if Required. The Auctioneers Accept No Responsibility Whatsoever for Theft, Loss, or Damage Once Parcels Have Left the Auction Room. We use 'An Post Advantage Card' labels. If you wish your Parcel Recorded as Registered Post Please Contact the Auctioneers on Receipt of your Invoice and we will add this Additional Cost to your Invoice. 

Oldcastle Transport, our Recommended Carriers, are also Pleased to Hand-Deliver Smaller and Larger Purchases Nationwide on Your Behalf.
